工作簡介
This role will responsible for material planning, execution, and process improvements in our supply chain. You will work closely with new product introduction (NPI), Supply Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Commodity Management, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to develop and manage the execution of the material plans that directly support Google’s hardware infrastructure.
工作內容：
· Demonstrate ownership of the Supply Risk Management, applying industry best practice of risk scoring and risk assessment, analyze the risk by methodical and systemic approaches and identify effective and actionable mitigation strategies to drive supply continuity.
· Manage CM transitions and expansion from material management perspective. Be the material subject matter expert to manage the transition seamlessly in collaboration with Planning, Manufacturing Operation, Commodity Management, and Procurement Operation.
· Be the owner of sustaining products and drive material readiness for builds, collaborating with CMs, Planning teams, and Commodity Managers.
· Ensure smooth product transitions. Be the primary material liaison with Planning, NPI, and CM for product bring up and launch. Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness.
· Communicate status, risks, and influence change. Drive process improvements to help the team to become more scalable.
基本要求：
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· 5 years of experience in NPI supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, supply planning, fulfillment, or operations management.
其他要求：
· 15 years of relevant work experience.
· Experience in Supply Risk Management and Contract Manufacturing transition and expansion.
· Experience with server product, leadership in Contract Manufacturing (CM).
· Excellent problem solving skills in areas of significant ambiguity, and an outstanding material management background.
· Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Team player with excellent communication skills.
