亞馬遜面試#猜題篇
猜題的第一步是猜會考什麼領導力準則，第二步就是猜每個領導力準則會變出什麼樣的問題。這篇會跟大家分享，每個領導力準則可能會出現的面試問題。
這是佳莉姐覺得最有可能考的LP：
1. Deliver result
會圍繞在做事的方法上，看你是否能夠排除萬難，有策略性的達成目標。
【範例考題】
- Tell me the most complicated project you worked on.
- Give me an example you reached a difficult target.
2. Ownership
測試你負責人的態度，還會看你是否會判斷什麼樣的任務該撿起來背 vs. 找到適合的人背
【範例考題】
Give me an example you identified a problem that no one owned.
3. Bias for action
看你是否能判斷什麼事情該做、什麼事情不該做，以及是否有積極的態度
【範例考題】
Give me an example you evaluated multiple solutions for a problem.
4. Deep dive
看你是否有柯南的精神追根究底，以及是否能夠用數據說話
【範例考題】
- Give me an example you asked a lot of whys to identify the root causes of a problem.
- Give me an example you used data to support your decision.
5. Earn trust
看你是否能跟其他人合作，得到信任
範例考題：
Give me an example you had to build trust with your stakeholders.

6. Invent and simplify
看你是否能跳出框架，用簡單的方法解決複雜的問題，

Give me an example you solved a complex problem by a simple solution.
7. Learn and be curious
看你是否有好奇心，一直學新的事物
【範例考題】
Give me an example you learned something new.
8. Have backbone, disagree and commit
看你是否有勇氣、合理的提出反對意見
【範例考題】
Give me an example you pushed back to your manager.
9. Customer obsession
看你做決定時是否可以為顧客考量
【範例考題】
Give me an example you collected voice of customers.
這些是特定職位 position、階層 leveling 才比較可能會考到的LP：
10. Insist on the highest standard
看你是否有阿信的精神努力不放棄，堅持高標準
【範例考題】
Give me an example you didn’t easily compromise.
11. Are right a lot
看你是否能在只有資訊不足時做出正確的判斷
【範例考題】
Give me an example you solved a problem with lots of ambiguity.
12. Think big
看你是否可以看大局、並有想像力
【範例考題】
Give me an example you came up with a creative solution.
13. Hire and develop the best
看你是不是個好老闆
【範例考題】
Give me an example you developed a team member.
